How to get shroud on your phone

Three installation paths

Our shroud platform is available via native Android app, iOS progressive web app, and mobile browser. Android users download the APK file directly from our server; iOS users add a web shortcut to their home screen and access shroud through Safari or Chrome. Desktop users can also install the progressive web app by opening shroud.bet and selecting "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu.

Step-by-step installation

1. Download the file. Android users visit our shroud app page and tap "Download APK". iOS users open shroud.bet in Safari or Chrome and proceed to step 2.
2. Install or add to home screen. Android: open your file manager, find the downloaded APK, and tap to install. iOS: tap the browser menu, scroll to "Add to Home Screen", name the shortcut, and confirm. Web: same as iOS.
3. Register or log in. Open the shroud app or home-screen shortcut. New users tap "Open Account" and complete email, username, password, and mobile number. Existing users tap "Member Login" and enter credentials.
4. Verify and deposit. After login, our app may ask for KYC documents (ID photo and selfie). Once approved, navigate to "Deposit", choose your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer), and follow the prompt.

Native app vs. progressive web app

Our shroud native Android app stores local copies of game assets, match schedules, and payment pages. This offline cache means the app loads faster and works during local paymentef network interruptions. Push notifications alert you in real time when a withdrawal completes, when a football match is about to start, or when we release a promotional update. The Android app also integrates deeper with your phone's security (fingerprint login, encrypted storage), reducing reliance on password entry each session.

The iOS progressive web app and mobile-browser experience deliver the same features—deposits, withdrawals, live betting, casino games—but rely on your network connection and browser cache. Push notifications work if you enable them when the app first prompts. The web app uses less battery than a native app because it does not run background processes. Both paths sync your account balance in real time, so deposits appear within seconds and you can switch between app and browser without re-logging in.

Payment options in the shroud app

Inside the app, navigate to "Wallet" or "Deposit" to see all available payment methods. E-wallets—online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet—process instantly. Bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet virtual accounts complete within one to three business days. The app displays your virtual-account number once you log in; use that number for all bank transfers so funds reach your shroud account correctly.

After depositing, you can withdraw to the same method. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within twenty-four hours. If your account is flagged for additional verification (for example, if your first withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold), our support team contacts you via in-app notification or email within forty-eight hours. We do not offer subject to verification, but standard withdrawals to most e-wallets clear within one business day once approved.

Device compatibility and network requirements

Our shroud Android app runs on devices with Android 7.0 or later. iOS users need iOS 12 or later to install the progressive web app. Older phones may experience slower game loading or occasional crashes; if you encounter this, clear your app cache or browser history, then relaunch shroud. For Android, go to Settings → Apps → shroud → Storage → Clear Cache. For iOS, go to Safari Settings → Advanced → Website Data, search "shroud.bet", and tap "Remove".

Network speed affects video streams and game responsiveness. Live-dealer video (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) requires 2–5 Mbps for smooth play. Slot games like Aviator and Sweet Bonanza load on 1 Mbps connections but perform better on 3G or faster. If you experience buffering or lag, try reducing video quality in the app settings (usually under "Preferences" or "Video Quality"). Mobile WiFi at home or at cafés in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung often provides faster, more stable speeds than 4G data plans.

Troubleshooting common installation issues

If the Android APK fails to install, first check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in your security settings. Go to Settings → Security → Install from Unknown Sources and toggle it on. Some Android versions hide this under Settings → Apps and Notifications → Special App Access. If installation still fails, download the APK file again using a different browser (Chrome instead of Firefox, for example) or request a download link from our shroud support team via in-app chat. If you see a certificate warning during installation, this is a security confirmation, not a danger; tap "Install" or "Continue" to proceed. iOS users who cannot see the "Add to Home Screen" option should check that they are using Safari, not Chrome (Chrome sometimes hides this option). For progressive web app issues on any device, try clearing browser cookies and cache, then revisit shroud.bet.

Account security, permissions, and data handling

When you install the shroud app, it requests permission to access your camera (for KYC selfies), microphone (for live-chat support), and contacts (for optional account recovery). You can deny any permission except camera if you prefer; our app functions normally without microphone or contact access. Android 6 and iOS 10 and later let you grant permissions selectively through settings. We do not use your microphone to monitor your device or record conversations; we request it only if you initiate a live-chat call with our support team.

Our shroud app stores your login credentials locally using encryption. This means your password is never transmitted to our servers in plain text. If you lose your phone, log in from another device and change your password immediately; we will log out all other sessions within minutes of your password change. We use standard TLS encryption for all network traffic between the app and our servers. Do not share your login credentials, and do not use the same password on other websites. If you suspect unauthorized access to your shroud account—for example, you see a withdrawal you did not initiate—contact our support team immediately via in-app chat or email. Our team responds within twenty-four hours and can freeze your account to prevent further withdrawals while we investigate.

Why mobile-first matters for shroud users

Most of our users access shroud from phones while traveling to work in Jakarta, Bandung, or Medan, or during breaks in Semarang or Yogyakarta. Mobile access means you can deposit, check your balance, and place bets from anywhere without carrying a laptop. During major tournaments like Liga 1 fixtures or Piala Indonesia matches, game information update every few seconds; mobile push notifications ensure you never miss a market shift.
